These plans use the national Cigna PPO network, Anthem National BlueCard PPO network or the smaller Multiplan PHCS network or the NJ only Qualcare network.    These plans renew 12 months after enrollment.  Enrollment can be the 1st of the month for any month of the year. 2. Union membership plans:   As a member you will have access to EmblemHealth Prime HMO and POS Health Plans (Self-Employed)

We are affiliated with a local union that accepts the self-employed as members.  If you join this union, you will have access to EmblemHealth HIP Prime HMO plans and POS plans and other benefits as a union member.  These health plans are for self-employed residents of NY, CT or NJ.  In New York these plans use the EmblemHealth HIP Prime network, this is a great network in NY.   In NJ these plans use the QualCare network, In CT these plans use the Connecticare network. These plans are fully insured; there is no medical review.  These plans are typically for the self-employed that can not qualify for the Patriot plans because of Pre-existing conditions or for the self-employed looking for IVF coverage.  These plans are at least 50% more expensive than the Patriot plans.  Open enrollment is all year.   Please call or write for information and rates.   NEW!
